What should you expect after you fill the application ?
Intro Call and Proposal
+ After applying to work with us, we will review your inquiry to ensure that we are the best fit and schedule an intro call.
+ The Intro call: We will meet online, getting to know each other informally and we will talk about the services you need and what you want to achieve. After that, we will send over a custom proposal.
Discovery Call
+ The hour long 1:1 Discovery call is all about you: your business, your vision, your clients and what you want to achieve. We get clarity on your business model and we will dive deep into your brand values, audience, competition and what we need to accomplish throughout our time working together.
+ Prior to your Discovery call you will have some prep work to do. You will receive a questionnaire, you will need to think about your clients, your business, your services – this will be the guideline for our next call.
Creative Direction
+ Following our Discovery Call, we will put together a detailed document outlining our goals for the project, the steps we need to take to achieve those goals, a timeframe and a summary of your branding and website project.
Design and Refine
+ We begin by creating concepts for your branding and website. We design with strategy, creativity and confidence. Your brand identity is specifically created and curated to attract your ideal viewers and connect deeper with those who share your values as a business.
+ During this phase you will be updated with the developments and the purpose behind the design details. Your branding book will be created first, followed by your website. A Zoom meeting will be booked to show the first design draft of your website – date will be specified in the proposal (usually around week 4).
Note: To design your website, we will need your website content copy. Once received, we will then begin the design of your website.
Launch
+ At the end of our project (around week 7) you will have a uniquely beautiful new brand and a glorious website. As a bonus you will receive an in-depth branding book with guidance on how to use everything we created.
+ We sign off our work together, with an hour-long website management tutorial.
